How long it take to receive an order ?

What happens if no one is at home ?
Don’t worry — if your items are small enough, they will be left in your mailbox. Otherwise, your package will be left at your local post office for pickup.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do ?
No problem — if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no changes can be made.
Is your site secure ?
This site is 100% secure. In fact, we could even say it’s 300% secure. Here’s why: First, the site you’re visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock to the left of the URL on this page is there to remind you). Most sites only secure their “cart” and payment pages. On this site, EVERY PAGE is secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware. Finally, for payment, we use Stripe and PayPal, which are industry leaders in online transaction security.
What payment methods are accepted ?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or via PayPal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, bank transfers, or cash-on-delivery payments.
What if I’m not satisfied with my product ?
We offer a 100% “satisfied or refunded” guarantee! If for any reason the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and we’ll fully refund the item’s price once it arrives back to us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition, and return shipping costs must be covered by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
